Vedprakash has worked in technology and finance for 6 years. In his last role, he was responsible for structuring financial and contractual framework of business deals. He was also involved in negotiated large scale deals on pricing and commercial terms directly with customers. His teaching and research interests are in financial and management accounting, corporate finance, and earnings manipulation. He presented his research work at several international and national conferences. He also received the ‘Best Research Paper Award in the track of Financial Markets’ at the third Pan-IIT International Conference on Financial Market and Corporate Finance.
