The Institute's consultancy service offers an integrated systems approach to management problems. While making available to the client the services of individual faculty members, the total consultany package is the work of a faculty team with expertise in the various areas of management. The consultancy service of the Institute addresses management and organisational problems of industry and government, and covers such areas as finance, production, plant engineering, systems, marketing, HRD, industrial relations, strategic management, and organisational development.
