Has over 2 decades of HR Functional/Academic & Consulting Experience across Logistics (GATI), Banking (ING Vysya, HSBC), IT/ITeS (IDRBT/SITEL) & Social (Akshaya Patra) sectors. Has essayed roles as Head-HR, Head-Talent & Learning. Has managed employee span of over 7000 plus across geographies.
