Dr. Shiva Kakkar completed his Ph.D. in organizational behavior from IIM-Ahmedabad. Before joining the doctoral programme he worked as an SAP consultant with Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. He has published in various international journals and has consulted with leading organizations in India such as the Indian Hotels Company Ltd., Taj Sats Air Catering Ltd. And Opshub Ltd. (India).
