‘Sales Managers Development Workshop' is a closed training program/workshop developed by Goa Institute of Management for the employees of Johnson & Johnson. The workshop is designed to equip the mid-level managers, the business life skills based on three pillars of development, namely, developing self, team leadership and managing the business. The workshop is intended to hone skills in the areas of social and emotional intelligence, managing ambiguity and change, building leadership presence, managing diversity and inclusion, optimising team performance, talent management, business planning, cross-functional collaboration, strategy development amongst others.
